CHINESE MARINADE

A dark rich marinade made with a thick sweet soy sauce, sesame, garlic and ginger.  Adds a touch of the Orient to your BBQs.

 

 
FRESH HERB & CITRUS MARINADE
A blend of fresh herbs, garlic and the zest and juice from citrus fruit used to flavour olive oil. This is a  zingy, fresh,  summery marinade with just a hint of chilli.
 
 

RED WINE MARINADE
A traditional marinade great for red meat or add to a tray of vegetables before roasting. The red wine base is flavoured with fresh herbs garlic and crunchy vegetables and seasoned with sea salt and whole peppercorns.
 

 

THAI MARINADE
A light fresh tasting marinade excellent on Poultry or Fish. Evocative Thai flavours of lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, Thai fish sauce and of course a kick of chilli.
 

 

TANDORI RUB

A blend of Tandori spices to add an exotic flavour to grilled or roasted meat fish and poultry. Cumin Turmeric and Curry spices freshened with a citrus zing.

 

 

MEDITERRANEAN MARINADE
A rich summer marinade full of sunshine flavours including sundried tomatoes, olives, capers, garlic and rosemary. Particularly good on lamb and pork or try it on chunky vegetables roasted in the oven and served room temperature as a summer salad.
 

 

MOROCCAN RUB  (see recipe page)

A fragrant spicy marinade with cumin coriander and cardamom with a touch of fiery chilli and roasted cumin seeds.  Delicious on lamb chops served on a bed of couscous with a fresh fruity salsa.
 

 

SPICY WEST INDIAN JERK 
A really different sticky and spicy marinade full of pungent Smokey flavours and a hit of chilli.  Dark and slightly sweetened this marinade works best with dark meat and robust oily fish.
