FRESH RED CHILLI SAUCE
Made from fresh red chillies. GOOD AND HOT! Try it with freshly BBQd prawns or chicken or fry the chilli sauce with some garlic in a little oil and then add chopped vegetables for a delicious spicy stir fry.

peanut based sauce.  Very good with cold roast Turkey! Traditionally served as an accompaniment with curry.
 

SATAY SAUCE
Spicy peanut sauce made from an authentic Malay Satay Sauce recipe.  Great for dipping grilled chicken or crunchy vegetable sticks.
 

CHILLI OIL
Whole and crushed dried red chillies and garlic in olive oil.  Great with pizza or pasta. Use to spice up a stir fry or add to soup to give it some zip. BEWARE the longer it rests, the hotter it gets!!!!!
 

FRAGRANT HERB INFUSED OIL

Olive Oil infused with Rosemary, Bay, Garlic and a hint of chilli.  Use to baste meat, fish or vegetable before grilling, roasting or BBQing.  A quick and easy way to add flavour to simple dishes.

 

PLUM KETCHUP
A great alternative to tomato ketchup.  A fruity dipping sauce made from locally grown plums and seasoned with spices.  A good fresh taste for your BBQ.
